"The Monona PTO After-School Enrichment Program provides extra-curricular classes to Winnequah's K-5 students offering added opportunities for learning, fun, and skill development while giving back to our school community."

When:

• All classes meet once per week and run from 2:45 - 3:45 pm

• Please keep this sheet as a reminder of class dates

Registration Process:

• Students must register for the entire class

• Class registration is open for 2 weeks. If a class has more registrants than spots available, we do a lottery (not first come, first serve)

• We confirm by email the week before class starts whether or not your child is enrolled

• DO NOT send your child to a class if you have not received a welcome email. This is critical to ensure the safety of all the children

Payment:

• We accept check, cash, or paypal for class payment

• Fee Waivers are available upon request (limit one fee waiver per kiddo per session)

K-1 Grade

• K-1 grade teachers will walk their students to the after school class drop off area outside the office

• After school instructors will pick these students up here

Pick-up:

• Thank you in advance for picking your student up from their class location promptly at 3:45 pm

• If you cannot pick up promptly, your student may be removed from class

Class Cancellation

• All classes are held regardless of weather, including outdoor classes, unless the school is officially closed

• If a class is canceled, it will be rescheduled on the same day during the week after the session ends

• If the class is rescheduled, no refunds will be given

• If the class cannot be rescheduled, the prorated cost of the class will be refunded

Your To Do:

• The week before class starts, after you receive your enrollment confirmation email, please notify your student’s classroom teacher. (Ex. Emma will be participating in Wear and Tear class after school on Tuesdays until December 15). It is also your responsibility to notify any after-school program of your child's absence or late arrival.
